In tegenstelling tot alle andere soorten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.texoliq.com\/nl\/maki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#59d600\" class=\"has-inline-color\">maki<\/mark><\/a>, is de maat van de sushirol bij hosomaki sushi iets kleiner. De meest typische hosomaki zijn zalm of tonijn, maar de bereidingstechniek is identiek. Bovendien behoren hosomaki-sushi tot de eenvoudigste, maar ook tot de bekendste en meest verspreide ter wereld.
